Model arbitration clause
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled finally by arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the Chisinau International Court of Commercial Arbitration of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova.
It is recommended to supplement the arbitration clause with the following provisions:
The arbitral tribunal shall consist of [...] (a sole or three arbitrators)
The seat of arbitration shall be Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova.
The language of the arbitral proceedings shall be […].
