Rules on Arbitral Fees and Costs regulate the levying of various payments by the Chisinau Court of Commercial Arbitration (attached to the Employers Association "American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova") while administering the settlement of disputes by arbitration tribunals constituted under the rules of arbitration procedures, and other services related to arbitration.
