Rules of arbitration

The Rules of Arbitration of the Chisinau International Court of Commercial Arbitration offer both parties and arbitrators the efficient and flexible means to form an effective and adaptable procedure for each case.

The Rules of Arbitration have been developed with benchmarks relevant to international conventions and the national legislative framework, and adapted to UNCITRAL arbitration rules, including taking from the best practices of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre, and the Paris Arbitration Court.

The Rules of Arbitration have been designed to allow for arbitration under the principles provided by law: rights and fundamental freedoms; legality; freedom of arbitration; the establishment of arbitration under the parties' agreement; the adversarial principle and equal treatment; and respect of the rights of defense and privacy.
