Natalia Balaban has been a member of the Moldovan Bar Association since 2010, being awarded with Diploma of Honour of the Moldovan Bar Association on September 13, 2018.
She has gained experience in litigation cooperation in UK and The Netherlands jurisdictions, by working with international law firms. In 2015 she started collaborating with Gilescu, Văleanu, Nathanzon & Partners as a partner in “CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati”, one of the most prestigious law firms in Austria. And since 2020 she continues to collaborate with Gilescu, Văleanu, Nathanzon & Partnerii, which is part of bnt attorneys in CEE, one of the most important law firms in Central and Eastern Europe.
Natalia Balaban is an active participant in the implementation of policies and national strategies alongside national and international officials.
Natalia Balaban is a certified mediator in the Republic of Moldova.

Elena Garaz, Attorney at Law, has graduated Bachelor in Law the Moldova State University, and holds a Master in Law from the Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV University in France.
She has continued her professional training in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg, France) on account of her traineeship with the European Court Registry and her extensive scientific research for the master’s thesis on the subject ECHR and labor law, at Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV University. Elena has a vast experience in national and international arbitration in the arbitration courts from Moldova.
