Elena Garaz, Attorney at Law, has graduated Bachelor in Law the Moldova State University, and holds a Master in Law from the Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV University in France.
She has continued her professional training in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg, France) on account of her traineeship with the European Court Registry and her extensive scientific research for the master’s thesis on the subject ECHR and labor law, at Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV University.
Elena has a vast experience in national and international arbitration in the arbitration courts from Moldova.
In her practice, she’s an expert in corporate and commercial law; civil and administrative litigation; arbitration, and proceedings before the ECtHR.
