Upon completing his university studies, he began his activity in the public sector (State Agency for Intellectual Property - AGEPI), advancing from a lawyer, head of department, deputy director of AGEPI. Mr. Țîganaș was one of the initiators of the creation and development of the intellectual property mediation system.
Currently, Mr. Țîganaș is a lawyer specialized in intellectual property, and at the same time conducts scientific and didactic activity.
