Cristina Mușat is a Doctor of Law, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the New York State Bar.

Cristina focuses her practice on international arbitration and has acted as Counsel in numerous dispute board and arbitration proceedings.

She has an excellent knowledge of the regulations relevant to such proceedings, which she achieved while teaching law, while studying civil and common law in Bucharest, New York and Paris and while building a vast experience in applying the legislations of Romania, Moldova and other jurisdictions.

Cristina has handled multiple disputes arising out of construction contracts subject to the laws of Romania, Moldova, Albania, Qatar, Quebec and Turkey (including contracts based on the FIDIC Red Book, Pink Book, Yellow Book, Silver Book).
